I’ve got a problem. I’m over weight. For those of you who have been following might remember I said I’m a damn good cook. But maybe I’m over weight because I am a phenomenal eater.
But like most warm-blooded citizens of the world, I don’t exactly fancy the exercise stuff. It’s strenuous on my back. But then again, I should be learning to Love it… after all, Heart attacks, diabetes and cancer run in my blood too. Being Over weight really puts me on the shitty end of that stick so I’m gonna work on that. I’m telling you because I expect you to help me.
Are you curious yet as to how much help I need? Well, it’s not that bad. I could stand to lose a pound or two or eighty. Closer to eighty though. I’m about 5′10″ and weigh 244 pounds, according to that BMI thing, I should way 165 and still they’d put me on the heavy side of the average.
My waist is abouy 40-42 inches, my goal is 32-33.
So thats your work cut out for you, 10 inches and a hundred pounds, let’s get cracking. But before you go, I want you to sleep on some promises you are going to help me make, things to cut out, things to do etc. I need a plan I can stick to and someone to stick me too it.
That someone is you.
