Who is this For?
Right now, this site is for me as it’s only just been started and no one has seen it yet. That doesn’t mean that others cannot benefit.
In fact, I know my struggles are similar to millions of others out there who have lost weight, put it back on, lost some, gained even more and back n forth… I have been there. I am there. I wont be there much longer.
So I guess I am writing to say that this site is for everyone who needs inspiration. I need inspiration and so it is for me, if you need inspiration it is for you.
This is not a diet program, merely a log of what I will be doing along with the assistance of my personal trainer to reach my target weight, ofcourse anyone finding any of the suggestions helpful should, as always, check with their physician first.
I’d love to hear from you, hear your own stories and even receive your support. I promise in return to be diligent about my goals, stick to my plan and inspire all of you who have struggled for your entire life with your weight problem, like myself, to kick the habits in your life that are holding you back and form new ones to propel you forwards.
